To all our clients who placed an online order over the weekend of April 2, 3, and 4, 2004.

Delivery of your first confirmation e-mail was delayed due to a temporary e-mail issue. Confirmations on orders placed during the weekend were sent again on Monday, to ensure you did receive your first confirmation.

All orders were received and were processed as usual on Monday, and “order complete” confirmations were sent on schedule, the only delay was in the delivery of your first order confirmation e-mail.
