Web Pages and Web Site Construction in Progress-

We are in the process of changing and updating our web pages, and we will also be moving our entire site to a new server very shortly.

Please pardon our construction. For this reason you will see some pages that have already been updated and so they will have the new style, and you may also see some pages that are still in the old style. Since this site is made up of well over 100 pages updating them properly will take a little time.

While browsing our site if you find that you cannot access a certain page, then the updated page is probably in the process of being uploaded. That page should be available within a few minutes. If you find that you cannot access a certain page, even after you have waited awhile and then tried again, please notify us so we can see why you are unable to access that page.

While our web site is being moved to the new server it will be inaccessible for a short time, if you return later and find that you cannot access our site at all, that means it is in the process of being moved to the new server, and so it should be back up shortly.
