A personal message from Lisa Wells, RN,

This blog is to notify my clients and those who are interested in ProBLEN products and would like to speak with me personally that I will be going out of town on December 15 and I will return on December 28. This trip was unforseen and will not be a holiday trip or a vacation.

My dear, precious aunt who has always been so good to me is now very, very ill. My parents have been dead since I was 2 years old, so when my grandparents who raised me passed away when I was a teenager, my aunt took me in and cared for me. After I graduated college and moved away from Arkansas, I sustained a serious injury, so my aunt flew to New Orleans to take care of me. I would now like to help take care of her, so I will be flying from Los Angeles to Arkansas on December 15.

During the time I am in Arkansas the offices will be open, and all new orders and autoship orders will be processed and shipped as usual. The only difference during this 2 week period will be the fact that I will not be immediately accessible by phone, as I usually am. If you call during this time please leave a message at my office. I will be receiving my messages and e-mail throughout each business day, and I will respond to everyone as soon as possible.

I plan to be back in the office on December 29.

If you leave a message during this 2 week period I will return your call as soon as possible, and I will appreciate very much your patience and understanding during this very sad time for me.
