HGH and Dieting For Weight Loss
Improving the body’s human growth hormone (HGH) to a healthier level has been found to decrease fat and help with weight loss and decreasing fat seems to be one of the more popular benefits those taking HGH are hoping to see.
I believe that in order to see the best benefits with human growth hormone therapy we should also take a good multivitamin, multimineral, antioxidant, and I believe it is very important to eat a healthy, balanced diet. Generally, it is best to eat several small meals per day rather than eating 1, 2, or 3 large meals.
Those taking HGH should not be on a very low calorie weight loss diet. The reason is because HGH helps with weight loss by improving metabolism, by building more lean muscle, and by balancing hormones in the body; all these improvements require nutrients and fuel (calories). I recommend a protein rich diet that is adequate in complex carbs and essential fatty acids, and is low in simple carbs.
